Every order is shipped discreetly and securely using odor-proof, plain packaging to ensure your privacy. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Where We Ship

We ship to all U.S. states where hemp-derived products are legally permitted. In accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill, our products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. However, we recommend reviewing your local and state laws before placing an order. You must be 21 years or older to place an order regardless.

2. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no branding, logos, or markings that would indicate the contents. This ensures your order arrives safely and securely without drawing attention.

3. Processing and Shipping Time

- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may vary based on product availability and order volume.

- Shipping Methods: We are a verified hemp shipper with both USPS and UPS to ensure your order reaches you safely. Shipping times depend on the carrier, your location and other carrier delays.

- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can monitor your order's progress.

4. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays may affect delivery times.

5. Shipping Costs

Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout based on your location.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier (USPS or UPS) to ensure safe delivery. Canna Dos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or compromised in any way, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note that all sales are final, but customer satisfaction is our priority, and we will do everything we can to make it right.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order. 

9. Shipping to All States

We are a verified hemp shipper with both USPS and UPS. Thanks to Section 10114 of the 2018 Farm Bill, we can legally ship hemp-derived products across state lines as long as the Delta-9 THC content remains under 0.3% by dry weight. Federal law overrides any state law that seeks to block the shipment of legal hemp products, so we can ship our products nationwide without concern.
