About THCa and Delta 9 | Legality and Compliance | Product Details and Usage | Ordering, Shipping, and Customer Support

  • What is THCa?

THCa (Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid) might sound complicated, but it’s actually simple: heat it, and it transforms into regular weed. In its natural form, THCa, the precursor to THC, is non-psychoactive in its raw state, but once you smoke, vape, or cook it—it converts into Delta 9 THC, unlocking its full potential.

So, how is this legal? The 2018 Farm Bill allows hemp products with less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight, meaning your THCa flower is federally compliant until you decide to activate it.

Total THC refers to the potential THC content once THCa is heated and activated, this number gives you a better idea of how strong your product will be once smoked, vaped, or cooked.

  • What is Delta 9 THC?

Delta 9 THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) is THC, the primary psychoactive compound found in cannabis, responsible for effects such as euphoria, relaxation, and heightened sensory perception.

Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp-derived products containing Delta 9 THC are federally legal, provided the Delta 9 THC content does not exceed 0.3% by dry weight. As gummies are relatively heavy, they can contain a lot of Delta 9 THC while remaining federally legal, and our flowers contain high amounts of naturally occurring THCa, which turns into Delta 9 THC when heated, giving you the same great feeling of cannabis, while still being federally legal.

For example, a gummy weighing 5 grams (5000mg) can legally contain up to 15mg of Delta 9 THC (0.3% of 5000mg). This means hemp-derived Delta 9 THC edibles can offer powerful effects while remaining compliant with federal law.

  • Will I get “high” from THCa or Delta 9 products?

Yes! Consuming THCa in its raw form, such as through cold-pressed extracts or ingesting unheated flowers, does not get you high. THCa will not get you high because its extra carboxyl groups mean that it can’t bind effectively to cannabinoid receptors (CB1) in the brain, like THC, to elicit psychoactive effects.

However, if you apply heat, THCa breaks down and loses the carboxyl group through called decarboxylation (aka decarb). This chemical conversion process transforms THCa into standard THC, which binds powerfully with CB1 receptors to provide euphoric, soothing, and sensory-altering effects.

In other words, smoking, vaping, or baking THCa will get you high, just like regular weed.

  • What makes THCa flower better than Delta 8 or Delta 10?

THCa flower delivers the most authentic cannabis experience because, when heated, it becomes real Delta 9 THC —not a synthetic alternative. Delta 8 and Delta 10 are weaker, lab-altered compounds. THCa flower is as close to dispensary-grade marijuana as you can legally get online.

  • What’s the difference between your THCa flower and the stuff from a dispensary?

Basically nothing — except ours is legal to ship. Dispensary flower is often grown from marijuana plants, while ours is grown from hemp plants rich in THCa.

Once heated, hemp-derived Delta 9 THC and marijuana-derived Delta 9 THC are the same molecule—meaning the potential potency is the same. The key factor is the total amount of THC (and THCa) in the product. Our hemp-derived flowers are bred to have high levels of THCa, which, when activated, can rival dispensary strains in terms of strength and effects. We source our top-shelf, terpene-rich flower from farmers in the USA, then it's packaged at our distribution center in North Carolina, and shipped straight to your door!

  • Are your products legal?

Yes! We follow all federal and applicable state laws and regulations. All of our products are derived from organic hemp grown in the USA, and contain a Delta 9 THC concentration within legal limits (currently 0.3% by dry weight under U.S. federal law). However, laws can vary by state, so we encourage customers to review their local regulations before purchasing.

  • Do your products contain more than 0.3% THC?

Our hemp-derived products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill guidelines, meaning they contain no more than 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight. We regularly have a 3rd party lab test our products and provide certificates of analysis (COAs) to verify their compliance and potency. These COAs, along with other legal compliance letters will be included in your order for transparency, legality and educational purposes.

  • What is the legal definition of hemp?

According to 7 U.S.C. § 1639o of the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp is defined as Cannabis sativa L. — including seeds, extracts, isomers, and derivatives — that contains no more than 0.3% Delta 9 THC on a dry weight basis. All of our products meet this legal definition and are verified through third-party lab testing.

  • Is a medical card required to purchase your products?

No, a medical card is not required to buy federally compliant hemp-derived products!

  • Who can purchase your products?

Our products are intended for adults who are of legal age to consume hemp or cannabis-related products in their respective jurisdiction.

We encourage you to check your local, state, and federal laws to ensure compliance before purchasing.

  • Can I travel with your products?

While hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% THC are federally legal, state laws can vary. Additionally, certain transportation authorities (like TSA) have their own guidelines. We encourage you to check all relevant regulations before traveling with any cannabis-related product.

  • Will these products show up on a drug test?

Yes. Products containing THC will cause a positive result on a drug test. If you are subject to any form of drug testing, we recommend speaking with your employer or a healthcare professional before using THC or hemp-derived products.

  • Are there any precautions or disclaimers I should be aware of?

    • You should consult a healthcare professional before using any THC, Delta 9, or hemp-derived products, especially if you have underlying medical conditions, are taking medications or pregnant.
    • These products are for adult use only and should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
    • We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All information is for educational purposes only.
  • What’s the difference between (mg) and (%) on labels?

Percentages (like 30%) are usually used for flower and show how much of the plant’s dry weight is THC after activation. Milligrams (like 30mg per gummy) are used for edibles or vapes and indicate the exact dose you’re consuming. Both matter — but for dosing, mg is what counts.

  • How do edibles work?

Edibles are cannabis-infused food products that are absorbed through your digestive system rather than inhaled. When you eat an edible, your body metabolizes THC through the liver, converting it into a more potent compound called 11-hydroxy-THC. This can produce a stronger and longer-lasting effect compared to smoking or vaping. Effects typically kick in within 30 to 90 minutes and can last 4 to 8 hours, so it’s best to start low and go slow — especially if you’re new.

  • Are your edibles vegan and non-GMO?

Yes! All of our edibles are all-natural, non-GMO, vegan and infused with organic hemp. The cannabinoids are carefully extracted from the hemp and blended into our recipes to create tasty, consistent, high-quality edibles.

We partner with farms that use organic, sustainable growing practices. We also test for contaminants like pesticides, heavy metals, and mold. Check our COAs (Certificates of Analysis) for detailed lab results and verification here.

  • Do you offer lab test results or Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?

Absolutely! We believe in transparency and quality assurance. All of our products undergo third-party lab testing for potency, purity, and safety. You can find these COAs on our website and we include a COA for each item you purchase in your order, along with other legal compliance letters for transparency, legality and educational purposes.

  • What is a COA and how do I read it?

A COA (Certificate of Analysis) is a third-party lab report that verifies the contents and potency of your product. Here’s how to read one:

    • Cannabinoid Content: Look for THCa (which turns into THC when heated) and Delta-9 THC (must be under 0.3% to be legal). The report will show how much of each cannabinoid is present, usually in both % and mg/g.
    • Total THC: Some COAs calculate this for you using a standard formula. This gives a more accurate picture of how strong the product will feel when used.
    • Safety Testing: You’ll also see results for things like pesticides, heavy metals, or mold. These should say “ND” (None Detected) or “Pass.”
    • Lab Info: A valid COA will include the lab’s name, license, test date, and matching batch number.

Each product on our site includes a downloadable COA for full transparency that you can view here.

We prioritize your privacy and ensure your order arrives safely, every time.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Keep in mind that unforeseen carrier delays can occur, especially during holidays or severe weather. Please refer to the tracking code provided for the most accurate information on where your package is after it is shipped.

  • Is your packing discreet?

Yes! All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no branding or logos. Your privacy is our priority.

  • Can I track my order?

Absolutely. After your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress and estimated delivery date.

  • What if my grandma finds my gummies?

First off — shout out to grandma. (Tell her to use code GRANDMA10 to save $10 on her next order). If she finds them, she might think they’re regular candy, so it’s best to store your edibles high up and sealed. We include proper THC labeling and compliant packaging, but you still need to play it safe around kids, pets, and snooping relatives.

  • Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in any way, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • How do I contact support?

If you have any additional questions or concerns, you can reach us via email, our live chat, or the contact form on our website. We're happy to help with product selection, order inquiries, and more.

  • Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship to all U.S. states where hemp-derived products are legal. However, we recommend reviewing your local and state laws before placing an order.

  • Can you ship hemp-derived products across state lines?

Yes. Section 10114 of the 2018 Farm Bill protects the interstate transportation of hemp and hemp-derived products. As long as the Delta 9 THC content remains under 0.3% by dry weight — which ours always does — it’s legal to ship nationwide. Federal law preempts state laws that try to block legal hemp products.
