Refund policy

We appreciate your purchase and want you to be satisfied with your experience. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for THCa, Delta 9, or any other consumable items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we do not accept returns, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, all of our products are non-returnable, including consumables like THCa and Delta 9. We also do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used, or if the product packaging has been tampered with.

Refunds
If your return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Note on Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
